1. What is the delivery time?
Shipping takes 3 days on average. We will send you a confirmation message with your package's tracking information and delivery date.
2. What is the return time period?
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return the product.
3. What is the quality guarantee?
We guarantee that every product will be defect-free. If you receive an item that does not meet this guarantee, we will provide you with a full refund or a replacement.
4. What are the cancellation guidelines?
If the shipment has been created/processed : Partial shipping fees will be deducted and rest of the amount will be refunded.
If the shipment has not been created/ processed by the seller:
Full refund will be processed.
If the shipment left for your destination, we cannot cancel your order.
5. What must be the product return condition?
We cannot accept returned items that have been worn, washed, or had labels and tags removed. Bodysuits and swimsuits must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.
6. What is the exchange policy?
Exchanges for a different color or size are possible. This is subject to availability, and if we are unable to fulfill your exchange request, a refund will be issued.
7. What are the non returnable items, incase no defect?
Panties and lingerie sets that include a panty are final sale and not returnable.
8. Reasons for delay in delivery?
In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to:
Weather problems
Delays in flights
National holidays or Festivals
Customs clearance procedures
Other unforeseen circumstances
9. Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping.
